FAQs

I teach 30-minute and 60-minute lessons.
30-minute lessons are great for students under 10, and for anyone who prefers a shorter, focused session. 60-minute lessons are perfect for both beginners and advanced students who want more in-depth learning. In an hour we can cover technique, go through several songs, music theory and include a creative activity such as improvisation, songwriting or playing musical games.
If you’re interested in combining both piano and voice lessons, a 60-minute session is recommended!

No, I only teach virtual lessons through Zoom. This allows you to conveniently enjoy learning music in the comfort of your own home!
I host virtual recitals, giving you the opportunity to showcase your progress and celebrate your achievements with family and friends.

For all lessons, I use a microphone to ensure clear audio, and for piano lessons, I use an overhead camera so you can see my keys, fingers, and posture.
On your end, there's no need for fancy equipment—a simple camera setup is all that's required. If you're taking piano lessons, just position your camera to the side so I can see your hands and posture. I’ll guide you through the setup during our first lesson.

I teach students ages 5 and up. At age 5, children have usually started school, developed some speech, and are ready for singing and piano lessons.
It’s also never too late to start—music lessons offer many health benefits, including improved cognitive function, reduced stress, and increased mental well-being. Whether you're young or young at heart, music can enhance your life at any age!
